A Bellevue woman who was severely injured three years ago in a collision involving a State Patrol trooper has been awarded a $4 million settlement. The victim was home for the 2004 winter holidays when her vehicle was T-boned by former Trooper Josh Stuart’s.

Terlinchamp suffered traumatic brain injuries and required months to recover, according to a lawsuit she filed last year in King County Superior Court. The Patrol accepted responsibility for the accident once the facts of the case were known.
